Brand & Content Manager

I joined NDI to overhaul what was nothing more than an increasingly popular AV-over-IP protocol. Following a revised business strategy and a rebrand done entirely in-house, NDI is now a standout brand for connectivity in the AV industry that is capturing the attention of prosumers and content creators alike.

Currently, I function as both a creative director developing sub-brands and a content writer, creating and overseeing all written content, from the website to event activations, from case studies to sales enablement decks.

Business Partner Recruiting: Creative Teams

Occupying a specialized role within the recruiting team, I provided expertise and managed the expansion of Emma's global in-house Creative Excellence, Global Brand and UX teams. Day-to-day tasks included active sourcing and contact with creative talent, portfolio assessment, interviews to evaluate cultural fit and creative task definition.

I also managed internal and external stakeholders, from 4+ hiring managers to hundreds of talent every week, led and participated in 300+ interviews with candidates from all seniority levels, from interns to directors, developed and implemented Employer Branding initiatives, and supported the content management of Emma's careers website.
